Enter the email address associated with the account that you want to delete the personal data.
We alert that the elimination of personal data is permanent and definitive, and no deleted data can be recovered.
After submitting the request, you will receive an email with the request for confirmation.
You will need to approve this request to confirm the deletion of your personal data.
Upon confirmation of the request, the data will be erased in 24 hours and will be sent an email with the information that the process was completed.
With this operation, BOL will no longer have personal data, purchase information and any reservations made will be released.
Once all the conditions above do not materialize, you can make a new request for forgetting in our system.
Your request may be denied for the following reasons:
- You have made a reservation and it is still active;
- Purchased tickets for an event that has not yet been held;
- Acquired tickets for an event with an obligation to fill out an inquiry and it has not yet been carried out;
- You have purchased a card, which is associated as a customer and is still active.
Once all the conditions above do not materialize, you can make a new request for forgetting in our system.
If the law requires the retention of some data, it cannot be erased from the system. For these cases, data will be deleted shortly after the required retention period.
